From Vision to Execution
Effective cultural projects today must embrace the integration of artistic languages and emerging technologies. But vision alone is not enough; success requires a clear framework rooted in strategy, curation, and communication.
Three pillars support this work:
Vision: A project needs a strong and flexible concept, clear enough to be recognized, open enough to allow thematic declinations. This vision guides all further choices, from artistic to narrative.
Curatorial coherence: Selecting artists, formats, and venues aligned with the vision is essential. As well as managing what happens “backstage” – production, coordination, and technical support.
Communication and engagement: Culture is not unilateral; it is relational. Communication strategies must be embedded from the start. Timing press, partners, and community engagement are crucial to ensure the project reaches its audience.
